Job Summary
Provide attentive care and supervision for a 2-year-old child, including accompanying them to scheduled classes and activities. Prepare and serve nutritious meals while maintaining a safe, clean environment through light housekeeping duties. Engage the child in age-appropriate learning and creativity-focused activities, fostering a nurturing relationship that promotes emotional well-being. Communicate regularly with parents regarding the child's progress and routines. Available weekday mornings between 8:00am-1:00pm or 8:30am-1:30pm. Requires previous childcare experience with toddlers, valid First Aid certification, and DBS clearance.
Required Qualifications
- Previous experience in childcare, preferably with toddlers
- Valid First Aid certification
- DBS (or willingness to obtain)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
- Reliable and punctual, with a strong commitment to the agreed schedule
