Job Summary
Stock and stock shelves, maintain or change out displays, and create in-store displays as part of Mondelēz’s merchandising steps. Act as an ambassador for world-famous brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) and ensure products are well represented and visible, including photographing displays and collaborating with the Sales Representative to follow negotiated plans with store managers. Perform in-store visits, ensure adherence to Mondelēz guidelines, and support seasonal sales and new product launches. Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager and demonstrate a positive, professional attitude while representing Mondelēz in stores. Must live within 25 miles of Steamboat Springs, CO and be able to drive to multiple locations as required.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- Ability to drive personal vehicle to various store locations (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physical activities including repetitive lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs, occasional >50 lbs
- Ability to download and use work-related applications on personal device
- Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
- Schedule availability: Monday, Thursday, Sunday (20 hours per week)
- Live within 25 miles of Steamboat Springs, CO location
- Retail/grocery experience is a plus
