Job Summary
Part Time Nabisco Merchandiser responsible for stocking store shelves, building and maintaining displays, and executing Mondelēz merchandising guidelines. Role includes visiting assigned stores, photographing displays per DSD steps, ensuring leading brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit, etc.) are well represented, and coordinating with the Sales Representative to align with negotiated store plans. Requires driving a personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed), lifting up to 25 lbs with occasional 50+ lb pushes/pulls, and working a morning schedule starting around 6:00 AM with 15-25 hours per week. Previous retail/grocery experience is a plus; live within 25 miles of primary location (San Marcos, CA) with secondary location in Oceanside, CA. Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license issued by the state of residence
- Ability to drive personal vehicle (mileage reimbursed)
- Ability to perform physical tasks including repetitive lifting up to 25 lbs and pushing/pulling over 50 lbs
- Retail or grocery experience is a plus
- Ability to work a schedule including weekends/holidays
