Job Summary
Support in-store merchandising for Mondelēz Nabisco brands (Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit) by stocking shelves, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring brand visibility per Mondelēz merchandising steps. Conduct in-store visits, capture display photos, and communicate issues to management. Coordinate with Sales Representatives to follow negotiated plans, enhance seasonal displays, and assist with product launches. Maintain a positive, professional attitude, drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations within 25 miles of primary Tacoma/Lakewood locations (JBLM base included), and handle physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 lbs and occasional heavier moves. Schedule requires open availability including weekends/holidays; prior retail/grocery experience is a plus.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age; valid REAL ID driver's license (issued by the state), U.S. passport, or federal ID; ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; ability to download and use work-related apps on a personal device; ability to perform physical activities including lifting up to 25 lbs and occasionally 50 lbs; ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment; retail/grocery experience a plus; willingness to service JBLM base commissaries and surrounding areas; open availability including weekends and holidays; start time around 5-6 AM.
