Job Summary
Stock shelves, build displays, and rotate product to maintain brand standards across assigned stores while executing Mondelēz' DSD Merchandising Principles. Capture display photos via digital tools during store visits and ensure compliance with negotiated promotional plans set by the Retail Territory Manager. Build relationships with store personnel and backroom receivers to support visibility, then communicate insights and issues through Salesforce. Deliver professional customer service to shoppers and store teams while adhering to a flexible schedule covering Thursdays through Sundays. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and living within 25-35 miles of West Chester, PA.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a valid driver's license issued by the state in which the person resides
- Have the ability to drive your personal vehicle with valid insurance coverage to a variety of store locations
- Be able to perform hard work in a fast-paced work environment
- Be able to meet the defined physical activities like repetitive lifting, bending, and carrying up to 25 lbs
- Be able to occasionally push and pull over 50 lbs
- Live within 25-35 miles range from the primary location: West Chester, PA
- Have schedule availability on Thursday, Friday, Sat & Sun
Desired Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-3 years of experience in retail or consumer goods
- Someone with a positive and professional attitude who is self-motivated and can work independently
