Job Summary
Operate scrubbers and buffers, dust mop, damp mop, sweep, vacuum, and dust while spot cleaning glass and windows. Maintain organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards across the sales floor, single queue, associate lounge, backroom, and restrooms. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while cross-training in multiple store areas to support front end coverage needs and merchandising signage. Refill essential items in lounges and restrooms to uphold health and safety policies. Respond to unexpected situations and changes in direction as needed.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Physical stamina to perform cleaning tasks and run floor buffer and scrubber
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Able to respond appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Strong communication skills: verbal and written
- Listens and responds appropriately
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Standout colleague, working effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
