Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, loss prevention, and merchandising standards. Participate in store recovery, support shrink reduction goals, and uphold safety awareness throughout the day. Cross-train to work in multiple store areas as needed to support business requirements. This part-time morning role at a HomeGoods location offers a starting pay of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour with flexible scheduling.
