Job Summary
Assist residents with personal care needs including bathing, grooming, and hygiene. Support residents with mobility and transfers, and administer medications as directed in accordance with regulations. Foster emotional well-being by creating positive, meaningful interactions and striving to bring joy and smiles to residents through daily care and support. This part-time role operates from 6AM to 2:30PM at Vista Prairie at Fieldcrest, Assisted Living and Memory Care. A sign-on bonus of up to $1,000 is available for employees working 40+ hours per pay period.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Demonstrated ability to read, write, and carry out directions
- Must be able to satisfactorily perform the essential functions of the position
Desired Qualifications
- Minimum of one year of experience in assisted living or related health care field
