Job Summary

Conduct training and leadership support for Ogle students through consistent observations, instruction, and constructive interaction delivering quality curriculum content. Integrate the school's Core Values of Respect, Integrity, Service, Excellence, and Teamwork in all interactions while ensuring student compliance with policies and maintaining facility integrity. Oversee daily attendance, counsel students on progress, and actively assist them in preparing for and passing the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations State Licensing Exam. Monitor timelines, evaluate and grade student performance on the clinic floor to achieve guest satisfaction, and rebook clients for product recommendations. Securely maintain all facilities, supplies, and tools required to teach students and provide services for clinic guests.

Required Qualifications

  • Active Esthetician and Esthetician Instructor License for the state of Georgia
  • High School Graduate or equivalent
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common industry-related journals, documents such as financial reports, operating and maintenance instructions, and policy and procedure manuals
  • Ability to write routine reports and correspondence
  • Ability to communicate procedures, policies, and other information verbally, in writing and/or by demonstration, to students, staff, and/or management
  • Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, students, staff, regulatory agencies, or members of the business community
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with departments and cross-functional teams
  • A positive attitude and ability to plan and adapt to change
  • Ability to effectively present information to students, management, and/or public groups
  • Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as cash sales, discounts, and percentages and apply concepts of basic mathematics
  • Ability to define problems collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
  • Ability to utilize computer hardware and software, such as but not limited to CampusVue software, Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Ogle Appointment Book, Point of Sale, and Inventory Software, and to be able to interpret the information generated
  • Must be able to stand and/or walk for long periods
  • Must be able to lift up to 5 pounds
  • Must be able to occasionally lift up to 25 pounds
  • Must have close vision
