Job Summary
Part-Time Morning BCBA at Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Missouri City, TX. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team. Run your own intakes and maintain high standards of documentation and treatment plans. Requires BCBA certification, Texas licensure in good standing, and availability for morning sessions (5 mornings a week, or similar flexible rhythm). Compensation is $55–$60 per billable hour, with in-house CEUs as a BACB ACE Provider and a $500 annual PD stipend; benefits depend on weekly hours. Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification
- Licensed in the state of Texas
- Good standing as a licensed BCBA in Texas
- Availability to consistently cover morning sessions
- Strong communicator, proactive and detail-oriented
- Passion for serving children and families, especially those with autism and developmental needs
