Part-time morning BCBA role focused on pediatric ABA. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same interdisciplinary team. Run your own intakes, maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans, and work within a flexible morning schedule to accommodate family needs.
