Part-Time Morning BCBA at North Shore Pediatric Therapy in Lake Bluff, IL. Conduct assessments, write individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, support parent training, and supervise RBTs. Collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers as part of the same team. Run your own intakes with your assessment and plan, and maintain high standards for documentation and treatment plans. Morning sessions are flexible in cadence (e.g., 5 mornings a week or variations) with a caseload of 6–8 kids on a full caseload, scaled to your available hours.
