Job Summary
Part-time morning BCBA at Gracent Pediatric Therapy in Elmhurst, IL. Conduct assessments and write individualized treatment plans for pediatric clients with autism and developmental needs, supervise RBTs, and collaborate with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Schedule is flexible with 5 mornings or similar rhythm, in-person clinic setting, 8–12+ hours/week depending on onboarding. Requires BCBA licensure in Illinois and active good standing. Compensation is $55–$60 per billable hour, with benefits and professional development opportunities.
Required Qualifications
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) licensed in Illinois
- Available for morning in-person sessions at clinic
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Collaboration with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers
- Experience conducting assessments and writing treatment plans grounded in assent-based care
