Job Summary
Part-time morning BCBA role in Arlington Heights, IL. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, writing individualized treatment plans grounded in assent-based, neuroaffirming care, supporting parent training, supervising RBTs, and collaborating with SLPs, OTs, PTs, and mental health providers. Manage your own intake processes, maintain high-quality documentation and treatment plans, and participate in an interdisciplinary team focused on autism and developmental needs.
