Part Time Mobile Behavior Technician - Multiple Positions Available - District Office West

Part-time Mobile Behavior Technician position in the Iron County School District, Cedar City, UT (District Office West) for 27.5 hours per week beginning in August for the 2026-2027 school year. Under the supervision of a BCBA, implement Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) with fidelity across school settings, provide 1:1 behavior support, support skill development in emotional regulation and functional communication, ensure replacement behaviors, respond to challenging behavior using evidence-based ABA strategies, assist with de-escalation and crisis response, support transitions between settings, collect accurate behavior data, maintain daily logs, and communicate observations to the BCBA and school team. Collaborate with teachers and staff to ensure consistent implementation of behavior strategies, participate in trainings and debriefs, maintain confidentiality, support PBIS/MTSS Tier 2 and Tier 3 supports, and travel between district schools as scheduled. The role does not include independent assessment or plan development and requires adapting to varying school environments and student needs.
