Job Summary
Conduct immersive, hands-on product demonstrations of smart wearables and mixed reality technologies to educate customers and drive conversions. Articulate product features and benefits while guiding clients through Point of Sale transactions and ensuring seamless purchasing experiences. Execute daily operational tasks including store opening and closing procedures, maintaining interactive displays and managing inventory. Collaborate with the Retail Manager to build action plans when sales targets are not met and adapt to additional duties as needed. Maintain a proactive, tech-savvy presence in a premium retail environment at Westfield UTC, representing the brand with excellence.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
