Job Summary
Conduct immersive, hands-on demonstrations of Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality technologies to educate customers and convert demos into new users. Build deep product knowledge to articulate features and benefits, then guide clients through Point of Sale transactions while ensuring all interactive displays remain clean and functional. Execute daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, and consistently meet or exceed sales goals by partnering with management to build action plans when targets fall short. Arrive on time with a proactive attitude to support team goals, collaborate in a high-performance environment, and perform additional duties as needed to maintain seamless store operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal, and on-camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
