Job Summary
Conduct immersive, hands-on demonstrations of Smart Wearables and Meta Quest mixed reality technologies to educate customers and convert demos into new users. Build deep product knowledge to articulate features and benefits, then guide shoppers through transactions using the Point of Sale system while driving consistent sales results. Execute daily operational tasks including opening and closing procedures, maintaining interactive displays, and collaborating with the Retail Manager to meet key performance indicators. Maintain a proactive, tech-savvy attitude to support store goals and deliver a premium white-glove customer experience.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of customer-facing experience in premium retail
- Proven experience in presentation, public speaking, and/or storytelling
- Exemplary interpersonal communication, soft skills, written, verbal and on camera
- Ability to leverage advanced customer service and industry-related experience to engage with consumers
- Must be results and detail-oriented
- Must be extremely tech-savvy and passionate about technology
- Ability to ask effective questions and be an active listener
- High level of initiative and self-motivation with a continued drive to learn
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
- Able to work well in a team environment
- Must have reliable transportation to get to and from work on time
- Flexible availability including nights & weekends
- Frequently lift and carry up to 25 pounds
- Occasionally lift and carry up to 50 pounds
- Continuous hand/eye coordination and fine manipulation
