Part Time Merchandising Manager

Lead and support inventory management and merchandising standards; plan and deliver well merchandised and in-stock store experiences; assist with interviewing, onboarding, coaching, and performance management of team; drive planogram and AD set execution; manage shrink and safety programs; serve as Manager on Duty; cross-train in custom framing selling and production; maintain seasonal sets and visual merchandising standards; deliver friendly customer service and help customers locate products; ensure SOPs and company programs are followed; support omni-channel processes and engage with customers in a respectful, positive manner.
