Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, and process merchandise for the sales floor while adhering to operational, merchandising, and loss prevention standards. Participate in store recovery, shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and multi-area cross-training as needed. Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, accepting constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation. Earn $16.25 to $16.75 per hour at this part-time role in Brookline, MA.
