Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Support store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect, accepting constructive feedback and maintaining a safe environment. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as assigned. Starting pay range is $16.25 to $16.75 per hour; flexible schedule required to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Works effectively with peers and supervisors
- Retail customer experience preferred
