Job Summary
Fills, merchandises, and rotates products on display and shelves according to procedures and planograms. Physically moves product from the backroom to display areas, stacks and arranges inventory by package and flavor, and organizes the return of empty pallets, shells, and damaged items. Creates and distributes point of sale materials and checks vendor operations for Fastlane merchandisers. Fosters business relationships with store personnel through routine follow-up on requests, pricing, and upcoming activities. Requires a valid driver's license, excellent driving history, and ability to lift 50 lbs. repetitively in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must have effective communication skills which include listening, speaking, and writing
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment (lifting 50 lbs. repetitively)
- Able to work reliably and independently with little daily supervision
- Critical thinking skills
- Valid instate driver's license
- Excellent driving history
- Proof of insurance policy to verify current coverage of liability and property damage at no less than 50,000 per person/100,000 accident insurance per occurrence/50,000 property damage and 500 or less deductible effective from first day of employment
Desired Qualifications
- Prior customer service experience preferred in a retail setting
