Job Summary
Merchandiser is responsible for merchandising activities in an assigned territory, including product rotation, stocking, display presentation, installation of point-of-sale materials, and backroom duties. May expedite product delivery as directed by management. Work involves assisting the sales team with maintaining positive relationships with retail customers, ensuring proper product display, completing stock rotations and shelf resets, and performing other duties as assigned. Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand/walk for large portions of the shift. On-site presence is required to support collaboration and operations. Preferred experience in beverage product sales or hospitality, plus strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent, plus 2 years of experience
- Ability to secure and maintain a valid driver’s license and auto-liability insurance in accordance with state laws
