Job Summary
Merchandiser responsible for cultivating relationships with in-store management, executing merchandising resets, building retail displays, merchandising impulse items on clip strips and J-hooks, and implementing plan-o-grams. Role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to stand/walk 3-8 hours, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Candidates should be comfortable in changing environments, able to work independently or in a team, and able to travel between stores within the service area. Requires effective communication with business partners and a customer-focused approach to delivering in-store merchandising solutions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
- Standing and walking 3-8 hours per day
- Crouching, bending, twisting, and repetitive hand movements
- Excellent organizational skills
- Strong communication and relationship-building with store personnel
- Comfortable working independently and in a team
- Resides within 20 miles of Lander, WY; service area includes Riverton, WY
