Job Summary
The Retail Merchandiser role involves implementing plan-o-gram updates, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting in store remodels, and tagging products with security materials across multiple retailer locations within a predetermined territory. You will service locations on a recurring basis, reporting to a District Manager while working independently onsite at retailer locations. The role offers independent or team work depending on project needs, opportunities to work close to home, and potential travel as needed. Ideal candidates communicate effectively, are tech-savvy on smartphones, manage time well, and maintain high ethical standards. Physical duties include reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking, and lifting up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker
- Smartphone technology knowledge preferred
- Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses
- Ability to effectively manage time
- Highly ethical in all work practices
- Self-motivated and highly organized
