Job Summary
Retail Merchandiser will implement plan-o-grams, stock displays or shelves, complete surveys and audits, assist in store remodels, or tag products with security materials at retailer locations within a predetermined territory. You will service multiple locations, report to a District Manager, and work independently onsite at our retailer locations. The role emphasizes independent work, flexible part-time hours, and opportunities to work close to home or as a Road Warrior, with competitive hourly pay and expense reimbursement. Qualifications emphasize strong communication, independence, smartphone knowledge, time management, ethics, and physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds. The position offers non-exempt, hourly compensation and part-time scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Strong communication skills required
- Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker
- Smartphone technology knowledge highly preferred
- Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses
- Ability to effectively manage your time
- Highly ethical in all work practices
- Must be self-motivated and highly organized
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds
