Job Summary
Merchandiser will independently manage multiple retailer locations within a predetermined territory, performing plan-o-gram updates, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys/audits, assisting in store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. The role involves servicing multiple locations, reporting to a District Manager, and working on-site at retailer locations with flexible, part-time hours. Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills are essential, along with comfort using smartphones for scheduling, reporting, and expense handling.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years or older
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
- Strong communication skills
- Smart phone technology knowledge
- Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses
- Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker
