Job Summary
Merchandiser will service multiple retailer locations within a predetermined territory, implementing plan-o-gram updates, stocking displays or shelves, completing surveys and audits, assisting in store remodels, and tagging products with security materials. Reports to a District Manager but works independently onsite at retailer locations, with opportunities to work close to home or as a Road Warrior depending on projects. Requires strong communication, independent problem-solving, time management, and smartphone tech usage; 18+; physical ability to lift up to 40 pounds; part-time, non-exempt duties and responsibilities across retail environments.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker
- Smart phone technology knowledge highly preferred
- Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses
- Ability to effectively manage your time
- Highly ethical in all work practices
- Must be self-motivated and highly organized
- Must be 18 years or older
- Able to meet the physical demands of the job
- Reaching, bending, crouching, kneeling, walking
- Ability to lift up to 40 pounds
