Job Summary
Merchandiser will implement plan-o-gram updates, stock displays or shelves, complete surveys and audits, assist in store remodels, or tag products with security materials across multiple retailers within a predetermined territory. You will service multiple locations and customers on a recurring basis, reporting to a District Manager while working independently onsite at retailer locations. This part-time role offers flexible hours, opportunities to work close to home, and competitive hourly pay with expense reimbursement. Key responsibilities include on-site merchandising tasks, ensuring displays are up to date, conducting store surveys/audits, assisting with remodels, and handling travel expenses. Required skills include strong communication, independent problem-solving, proficiency with smartphones, time management, ethical conduct, and the ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills required
- Independent thinker, problem solver and decision maker
- Smartphone technology knowledge highly preferred
- Ability to work remotely and on a timely basis when accepting, scheduling, and reporting on store visits along with work hours, photos and travel expenses
- Ability to effectively manage your time
- Highly ethical in all work practices
- Must be self-motivated and highly organized
- Must be 18 years or older
