Job Summary
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and update planograms while independently servicing retail locations within your assigned area. Complete audits, surveys, and reporting, apply security tags and labels, and take photos to submit reports via a mobile app. Assist with store refreshes and resets, building professional relationships with store associates and management while communicating directly with your District Manager. This role offers a starting pay of $13.00 per hour with travel time pay and mileage reimbursement. The schedule averages 5 hours per week, scaling to 10 hours in some areas, with no experience required as virtual training is provided. Footprint Solutions partners with leading retailers to ensure stores remain organized, stocked, and customer-ready.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
