Job Summary
Independently service retail locations within your assigned area to ensure products and displays meet client standards. Stocking shelves, organizing merchandise, updating planograms, and completing audits, surveys, and reporting. Assisting with store refreshes, applying security tags, and submitting reports through a mobile app while building professional relationships with store associates. Communicate directly with your District Manager while working autonomously. This route averages 5 hours per week, with some areas reaching 10 hours, and includes service at locations in Greenville, ME. Footprint Solutions partners with leading retailers to provide merchandising and in-store support services.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
