Job Summary
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and update planograms at retail locations within your assigned territory. Complete audits, surveys, and reporting via mobile app while applying security tags and labels. Assist with store refreshes, resets, and product placement inspections. Communicate directly with store associates and management, submitting timely reports through a mobile device. This part-time role averages 5 hours per week, with some areas requiring up to 10 hours. No prior experience is required; virtual training and ongoing support are provided. Footprint Solutions partners with leading retailers to ensure stores remain organized, stocked, and customer-ready.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
