Job Summary
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and update planograms at retail locations to ensure displays meet client standards. Conduct audits, surveys, and reporting via a mobile app while applying security tags and labels. Assist with store refreshes and resets, taking photos to submit daily reports. Build relationships with store associates and communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently. This route averages 5 hours per week, with some areas reaching 10 hours. Starting pay is $13.00 per hour, including travel time pay and mileage reimbursement.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
