Job Summary
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and update planograms at retail locations to ensure client standards are met. Complete audits, surveys, and reporting via a mobile app, while assisting with store refreshes and applying security tags. Build professional relationships with store associates and communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently. This route averages 5 hours per week, with some areas reaching 10 hours, and includes service at multiple locations in Pennsylvania. No experience required, with virtual training and ongoing support provided.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
