Job Summary
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, and update planograms at assigned retail locations while ensuring displays meet client standards. Complete audits, surveys, and reporting via mobile app, apply security tags, and assist with store refreshes. Build relationships with store associates and communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently. Submit accurate reports through a mobile device and maintain professional, detail-oriented standards. This part-time route averages 5 hours weekly, with some areas reaching 10 hours, and includes service at multiple sites in New Haven and Derby, CT.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
