Job Summary
Stock shelves, organize merchandise, update planograms, and complete audits, surveys, and reporting at retail locations within your assigned area. Apply security tags and labels, take photos, and submit reports through a mobile app while building relationships with store associates and management. Communicate directly with your District Manager while working independently. This part-time route averages 5 hours per week (up to 10 in some areas) across multiple Battle Creek, MI stores. Starting pay is $14.00 per hour with travel time pay, mileage reimbursement, and early wage access.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Reliable transportation and ability to travel within the assigned territory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills including text and/or email
- Ability to work in an independent and efficient manner while providing accurate and timely reporting via a mobile device
- Professional, dependable, and detail-oriented
- Able to effectively communicate with store personnel
- Ability to understand, interpret, and carry out written instructions
- Must be able to move throughout assigned work areas to complete merchandising tasks
- Ability to consistently access product on shelving from ground to 5 feet high; occasionally up to 6 feet high
- Ability to accurately inspect merchandise, displays, and product placement
- Ability to consistently lift up to 10 pounds; occasionally lift up to 40 pounds
Desired Qualifications
- Previous merchandising or retail experience is plus
