Job Summary
Drive to various customer locations to operate a company vehicle, write milk orders, and eliminate out-of-stocks or out-of-date products. Merchandise store shelving, coolers, and displays with Umpqua Dairy products while maintaining customer relationships by visiting managers and answering requests. Rotate products, clean shelves, and provide product order guides. Complete required paperwork, assist the Sales Rep with clerical support, and maintain an organized office by changing printer cartridges and managing files. Work Saturdays, Sundays, and Wednesdays from 6:00am to 11:30am or 9:30am.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Excellent listening, written and verbal communication skills
- Able to follow directions
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
- 10-Key by touch
- Multi-line telephone
- Ability to effectively and professionally interconnect with all levels and departments of the Company, its customers and vendors to achieve goals
- Must be well organized and detail oriented
- Able to set priorities and take the initiative to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on-time
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Office suite of products
- Ability to work well under pressure and to multi-task
- Must be dependable and responsible
- Ability to work flexible work schedule, including some holidays
- Prefer 6 months to 1 year related experience and/or training; or combination of education and experience
