Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean and organized store environment. Responsibilities include accurately ringing customer purchases/returns, promoting credit and loyalty programs, supporting merchandising procedures and stock preparation, participating in store recovery, and upholding store safety and loss prevention standards while collaborating with team members.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation
- Retail customer experience preferred
