Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support store recovery needs, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals and safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas as needed. This part-time role offers a starting pay of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour at a TJ Maxx location in Warsaw, IN, with a flexible schedule to support business needs.
Required Qualifications
- Possesses excellent customer service skills
