Part Time Merchandise Associates 6a.m.-10p.m.

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and support store recovery initiatives as needed. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas to support business needs while participating in safety awareness and shrink reduction programs. This part-time 6 a.m.-10 p.m. role requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication, and the ability to lift heavy objects. Located at 4137 Concord Pike in Wilmington, DE, this position offers a starting pay range of $15.00 to $15.50 per hour.
