Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, adhering to operational and loss prevention standards, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Support store shrink reduction goals, participate in safety awareness, and uphold merchandising philosophy while cross-training to work in multiple areas. Maintain all organizational, cleanliness, and recovery standards for the sales floor. This part-time role at a Marshalls store in Plantation, FL, offers a starting pay of $14.00 to $14.50 per hour for candidates with excellent customer service skills and the ability to work a flexible schedule.
