Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery as needed. Support shrink reduction goals, maintain safety awareness, and uphold merchandising philosophy while following established procedures. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. Requires excellent customer service skills, strong communication abilities, and the capacity to lift heavy objects. Flexible schedule required to support business needs. Located at Marshalls Store 1517 Miami FL.
