Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and initiating store recovery as needed. Uphold merchandising philosophy, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day. Perform other duties as assigned while embodying a positive store culture of honesty, integrity, and respect. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
