Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, returns, and change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas, promoting credit and loyalty programs, and following established merchandising procedures. Accurately process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor, initiate store recovery as needed, and participate in safety awareness and shrink reduction goals. Maintain organizational cleanliness standards for the entire store and provide constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, capable of multi-tasking and lifting heavy objects.
