Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately ringing purchases, processing returns, and counting change. Support store recovery efforts, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in safety awareness initiatives. May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas as needed. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Starting pay ranges from $15.92 to $16.42 per hour.
