Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, embodying customer experience principles, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and initiate store recovery as needed. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while supporting shrink reduction goals and safety awareness. May be cross-trained to work in multiple store areas. This part-time role at a Marshalls store in Corona, CA, offers a starting pay of $16.90 to $17.40 per hour. Flexible scheduling is required to support business needs.
