Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring purchases and returns, count change, process merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and shrink reduction goals. Uphold merchandising philosophy, promote credit and loyalty programs, and maintain safety awareness while accepting constructive feedback. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, lifting heavy objects as required, with other duties assigned as needed.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills

- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
- Capable of lifting heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation

- Retail customer experience preferred
