Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing purchases, returns, and change. Support business needs through cross-training in multiple store areas, merchandising procedures, and store recovery initiatives. Participate in safety awareness, shrink reduction programs, and credit/loyalty promotion. Provide and accept constructive feedback while upholding labor laws and store culture principles. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs, with a starting pay range of $13.25 to $13.75 per hour.

- Possesses excellent customer service skills
- Able to work a flexible schedule to support business needs
- Possesses strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Capable of multi-tasking
- Capable of responding appropriately to changes in direction or unexpected situations
