Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and adhering to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards. Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change back, and process merchandise for the sales floor while following established procedures. Initiate store recovery as needed, participate in shrink reduction goals, and maintain safety awareness throughout the day.
