Job Summary
Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all shoppers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards while accurately processing sales, returns, and change. Support store recovery initiatives, uphold merchandising procedures, and participate in shrink reduction goals. Maintain safety awareness and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations. Work a flexible schedule to support business needs. Part-time role with a starting pay range of $13.50 to $14.00 per hour at a HomeGoods store in Christiansburg, VA.
Required Qualifications
